2012 Atlantic 10 Basketball Tournament Schedule

The 2012 Atlantic 10 basketball tournament will be held March 6^th on college campuses followed by the remainder of the tournament 9^th-11^th, 2012 in Atlantic City. This will be the 36^th annual holding of the tournament. The winner of the 2012 Atlantic 10 conference tournament will receive the automatic bid to the 2012 NCAA basketball tournament and be awarded the conference’s overall championship. The seeding in the tournament is based on the regular season conference final standings with the top 12 teams qualifying for the tournament. *Note the seeds, times, and television network skeds are based on the 2011 A 10 tournament schedule until the final 2012 Atlantic 10 basketball tournament schedule is released.

2012 Atlantic 10 Basketball Tournament Venue

The 2012 Atlantic 10 Basketball Tournament is being played at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This will be the sixth year in a row the tourney has been played at the site which was formerly known as the Historic Atlantic City Convention Center. The site was declared a U.S. National Landmark in 1987 and seats 10,500 fans for Hockey and more than 17,000 for converts and other event configurations.
