The final 2010 NCAA tournament bracket is released for March Madness. The final NCAA tournament seedings and brackets were announced on the Selection Sunday television show on CBS. The #1 seeds were Kansas, Syracuse, Kentucky, and Duke. West Virginia and Ohio State were #2 seeds and were considered to be just behind Duke in competition for the final #1 seed heading into championship Sunday.
